key holding / alarm response

We provide key holding and alarm response services to a variety of local schools, councils and businesses.

We are nominated by the client as the first key holder/call-out for any alarm activations to their property. We operate within the police guidelines and attend site within 20 minutes of any activations. Firstly, we would carry out a perimeter check of the building. If there are any doors or windows broken we could call the police. Should all the doors and windows be secured we then enter the property and disarm the alarm, noting what the alarm panel states as the area of activation. The area of the activation would be checked to see what has caused the activation.

After fully checking the premises, a note is left by the alarm panel detailing the date, time and cause of the activation.

The alarm would then be reset and we would secure the building and leave the property.

The next working day details of any activations would be e-mailed to the client.

Invoices for any activations are submitted on a monthly basis in arrears.
